07. Send email messages to users via VDR
To streamline communication with users, you have the ability to send one-way email messages directly from the Fordata VDR.
With the User Messages feature available in the corresponding tab, you can send a one-way email to a specified individual or all members of a group.
Such a message is delivered to the recipient from the Fordata no-reply domain and does not include the list of other recipients (BCC). Additionally, it cannot be replied to. This has tangible benefits if you plan to send an informational email to a group of recipients within the system.
Go to the User Messages tab, then select SEND MESSAGE, prepare your email, specify the recipient group, and finally, send it immediately or schedule it for future delivery. (gif1)
IMPORTANT! At Fordata, we prioritize data integrity, so it is not possible to delete an already sent message in any way.
