02. View documents on a computer or smartphone
For safe browsing of documents in Fordata VDR, all you need is a computer or smartphone with internet access.
Discover how little is needed to start working on a project:
A computer with Windows 10 or 11 or MacOS 10.15 Sierra (and higher versions) is suitable. Alternatively, you can utilize your smartphone with Android OS for browsing on VDR.

To access document content, navigate to the Documents tab.
Then, locate the desired document within the available structure or from the Document List tab. Finally, left-click on the file, and it will open in a separate tab for browsing (fig. 1).
Depending on your permissions, you can opt to download the document to your computer or print it directly from the VDR.
