06. Q&A - Notifications for New Threads and FAQs
To promptly receive email notifications when a new question or response appears in the Q&A within an existing thread, go to your account settings and enable Q&A notifications.
You can choose to receive notifications for:
- new and existing threads, which include questions and answers.
- threads that the Administrator has added to the FAQ tab (fig. 1).
Customize the frequency according to your preference. You can opt for immediate notifications whenever something new arises or, for instance, receive them once a day.
