03. Send invitations from the VDR

To grant users access to the VDR and enable them to operate within the designated permissions, sending invitations is essential. These invitations are emails that allow recipients to activate their accounts or reset their access credentials.

During this process, you can utilize three interconnected functions:

• Sending an invitation to a selected user. (fig.1)

1. Navigate to the Users tab;
2. Right-click on an inactive user and choose Send invitation.

2.1 Alternatively, you can also click the Send button.

• Sending invitations to multiple users simultaneously. (gif.1)

1. Navigate to the Users tab;
2. Left-click and mark checkboxes (a green checkmark✅ will appear) adjacent to the chosen users with inactive status.
3. Click the three vertical dots icon, then choose Send invitation.

• Resending an invitation to an active user or users.

1. Navigate to the Users tab;

1.2 Right-click on an individual user, then select Send invitation again;

1.3 Alternatively, mark checkboxes (a green checkmark✅ will appear) next to the selected users, click the three vertical dots icon, and choose Send Invitation. (fig. 2)
