05. AI TRANSLATIONS - translate documents in the VDR
Take advantage of real-time document translation while viewing files. This feature is now available in the VDR, powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The AI Translations feature is available as a paid add-on in the VDR. Please contact our Customer Support Team if you would like to enable it for your account.
Currently, we support translations for six file formats. Additionally, translations are available in 59 languages (including English, German, Spanish, French, Chinese, etc.).

Activating Document Translations.
To enable the automatic translation feature for a document*, simply open the document and select the Translate Document option, then choose the target language for translation.
Wait a moment for the AI to translate the text, which will then be displayed in the same window on the right side of the screen (GIF 1).
*Please note that AI-powered translation tools may provide inaccurate data. Always keep this in mind when using this feature.
Additional information:
- The translated version of the document cannot be downloaded, even if you have the appropriate permissions for the original document.
- The translated document does not retain the original text layout, fonts, or other formatting styles.
