01. Work on documents
In addition to the ability to browse documents, you also have access to useful tools that will significantly enhance your navigation within the structure. Right-click on a file to expand the list of available options. (fig. 1)

| Save | Save the document (visible if downloading is enabled) |
| Download | Download the document to your computer |
| Print the document (visible if printing is enabled) | |
| Print from VDR | Print the document directly from the VDR |
| Copy Path | Copy the file path within the structure |
| Ask Question in Q&A | Ask a question in the Q&A module (visible if the discussion forum is accessible) |
| Create New Q&A Thread with Attachment | Start a new Q&A thread with an attached document |
| Add Note | Add a note to the document, visible only to you |
| Discuss with Group | Add notes to the document, visible to other members of your group who can also discuss with you |
| Add to Favorites | Label the document and use the filter to search for favorites |
| Add to Completed | Label the document and use the filter to search for completed tasks |
| Add to Follow up | Label the document and use the filter to search for items to follow up. |
In the Document List tab, you can utilize filters to easily search for documents to which you have assigned appropriate labels. You can also locate documents either by their name or by specific keywords (gif. 1).
