02. Notification of new documents
In the VDR system, you have two types of notifications regarding newly shared documents:
Internal VDR notifications:
- Next to the bell icon, you will see the number of new documents to review since your last login to the system. Click on the icon to view the full list. (fig. 1)
- Navigate to the Documents tab, where within the Available Structure, you'll notice a blue banner signifying new documents awaiting your review. Click on View to access the complete list (fig. 2).
External notifications sent to your email:
When the Administrator activates the sending of such email notifications for the project, you will begin receiving messages from the Fordata domain's noreply address. These messages will inform you about newly shared documents (fig. 3)."
If you do not want to receive these notifications, click on the link at the bottom of this message or go to the My Account Settings tab in the VDR and disable the Notifications for newly shared documents (gif. 1)
