03. Loss of access to a mobile device with an authentication app (2FA)
Lost access to the phone with the authorization app?
If you no longer have access to the device on which the two-factor authentication (2FA) app was installed, you have two options to regain access to your account:
- Use one of your backup codes. Entering this code will allow you to log in and restore access to your account.
- Contact the Fordata Redact Support team if you do not have a backup code or are experiencing other difficulties. Our technical support team will help guide you through the verification process and securely recover access to your account.
We recommend regularly saving and securely storing your backup codes to avoid login issues in the future.
