Viewing video files
You can watch videos directly in the data room without downloading them.
To watch a video
- Go to Documents.
- Click the title of the video file.
- The video opens in the built-in player. Use the player controls to play, pause, skip, adjust the volume or switch to full screen.
If a video doesn't play:
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
- Try a different supported browser.
- Check your internet connection. Slow connections can cause buffering.
