03. Change the content of the Non Disclosure agreeement (NDA)
As a service provider, Fordata offers a Non disclosure agreement template that has been prepared in collaboration with the legal department.
You can utilize it as needed, but make sure to customize the content by including the names of the entities engaged in the process. Additionally, you can enter your own text into the Non-Disclosure Agreement field, but without images or graphics.
You also have the option to define the parameter for the number of times the NDA will be presented during the system login by adjusting the Required Acceptances Count.
To do this, navigate to the Settings tab, then go to the Non-Disclosure Agreement section, and set the desired count for required acceptances (fig. 1):
Note: If you set the value to 0, the Non-Disclosure Agreement will be entirely deactivated and will not be displayed.
The content of the NDA form is displayed in the same format for all VDR users.
Fordata VDR does not automatically translate the NDA content. So, if English-speaking users will be using the system, make sure to update both the Polish and English language texts.
