03. Ask new question.
The process of asking new questions slightly varies depending on the roles within both the Questioning Team and the Answering Team. In this article, you will become familiar with the details.
Asking new questions in Q&A follows a general standard and consists of three main steps:
- Within the Open Threads tab, click on the button ASK A QUESTION.
- Enter the topic of the new thread, content, select the priority, question category, and optionally specify documents from the VDR for discussion messages.
- As a Moderator+ or Moderator, additionally choose the team or Expert you want to address the new thread to: (gif. 1)
- New questions asked by a User or Expert in the Forum are always addressed to the Moderator Team - there is no other option to choose: (gif 2)
- As a Coordinator, you can ask a question both to your Questioning Team and the Moderator Team: (gif. 3)
- Click the SEND button to submit.
