03. Q&A module - Communication in VDR.

As a VDR Admin on the project, you can configure, manage, and actively engage in discussions within the Q&A module.

1. Define and modify additional roles for users on your team who will respond to questions.
2. Set up the structure of Question Teams, specifying their group, the users designated to ask questions, discussion flow, and question limits.
3. Optionally, add and edit question categories.

Remember to create a distinct Question Team for each investor to ensure that one viewer cannot see another's questions!

• Initiate and respond to discussion threads.
• Forward threads to experts.
• Move threads to the Secondary Tab.
• Save draft message versions.

• Incorporate threads into the FAQ (noticeboard) board.
• Modify labels.
• Attach notes.
• Assign a Moderator to a thread.
• Irreversibly delete entire threads.
