AI-Powered Redaction Tool - editing files with artificial intelligence

Responding to expectations, the document redaction feature has been enhanced with artificial intelligence. Our tool will support you in achieving higher accuracy in redacting sensitive information. The AI-Powered Redaction Tool will detect and automatically cover up to 19 diverse categories of information in documents, including (but not limited to) personally identifiable information compliant with GDPR (PII) and official data (PHI). It will also consider words in various grammatical forms in nearly 80 languages. (gif. 1)

Filtering documents by redaction status

In the Structure Management and Upload tab, we have introduced the capability to apply filters. With this new feature, it is possible to filter .pdf files based on their current redaction status. You will quickly find out, for example, which documents have already been redacted and which are currently being redacted (draft version). (gif. 2)

Redacting areas on multiple pages simultaneously

To streamline the process of anonymizing information that repeats on multi-page documents in the same location, we have added the ability to redact selected areas on each page of the edited file. This function is particularly useful when it comes to redacting headers, footers, or logos in the document. (gif. 3)
