04. Recommended permissions for Investors, Auditors, and Advisors groups
The configurations mentioned in this article can provide you with guidance on how to set permission parameters for selected types of groups.
Keep in mind that each process comes with its own unique characteristics, these guidelines should be treated as best practices for working on the Fordata VDR.
- Investor and Auditor Group (Buy side):
| Name: | Investor 1, 2, 3, or A, B, C Auditor 1, 2, 3, or A, B, C |
| Access to funcionalities: | None (optional) including the option for bulk saving folders content |
| Access rights to files: | View-only permissions for documents in the VDR (optional) ability to save and print |
| Q&A Access (optional): | Yes, group users can be assigned to the Question-Asking Team in Q&A as Forum Users |
- Advisors Group:
| Name: | Advisor 1, 2, 3, or A, B, C |
| Access to funcionalities: | Activation of function: Allow uploading and managing documents - selected folders Defining folders where group users will be able to upload additional documents and manage selected areas within the existing structure |
| Access rights to files: | Access to view the entire structure in the VDR (optional) ability to save and print |
| Q&A Access (optional) | Yes, group users can be assigned to the role of Forum Experts within the Answer Team |
