In the onset of Q4, we've unveiled a highly anticipated feature to our system: the Redaction Tool. Alongside this, several smaller enhancements have been introduced. The article below provides a comprehensive overview of these new features.
Document Redaction
We've now incorporated the capability to create redaction zones within documents. This allows for the anonymization of sensitive information, ensuring that unauthorized parties cannot view the redacted words or sections.

Document Security Management from the Administrator Level
Administrators can now manage document security more effectively by enabling features such as Blur view (Safeguard against screenshotting) and Fence view (Improves document security during screen sharing by making only parts of the document visible). These settings can be adjusted in the VDR settings. (fig. 1)
New Features in the Q&A Discussion Forum
The user interface within the Q&A module has been refined to improve user experience and readability. (fig. 2)
