March 2024 - the latest updates

With the introduction of the latest update to the Redaction Tool, we have enriched it with the capability to anonymize an additional 17 formats, including Excel files.

Microsoft Word	DOC, DOCX	Can be redacted with AI-Powered Redaction Tool
Microsoft PowerPoint	PPSX, PPT, PPTX	Can be redacted with AI-Powered Redaction Tool
Microsoft Excel	XLS, XLSX, XLSB, XLSM, XLTX	Can be redacted with AI-Powered Redaction Tool
Other formats	CSV, MSG, ODS, ODT, RTF, TXT	Can be redacted with AI-Powered Redaction Tool
Extensible Markup Language	XML	Can be redacted with AI-Powered Redaction Tool
Adobe	PDF*	Can be redacted with AI-Powered Redaction Tool

* The PDF file must be formatted with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) enabled.

When any of the listed types above are downloaded to the local disc, they will automatically be converted to PDF format.

This ensures that redacted areas remain in the designated locations (GIF 2).
